A specific subset of Christian ministry called youth ministry works to support young people’s spiritual development and faith. 2. Relational Ministry: The cornerstone of a successful youth ministry is establishing connections with young people. Youth pastors and leaders aim to establish a personal connection with the youth, gain their trust, and offer advice and mentoring in their spiritual journey.
